One of the ways that AMCO encourages the development of male chorus singing in Ontario, is by recognizing that music students of both genders may continue on to take up positions as singers, accompanists or directors in Ontario male choruses.

Therefore, each year, the Associated Male Choruses of Ontario (AMCO) sponsors a number of scholarships designed to assist and encourage students in pursuing their music programs. These students must be in their completing year in high school or in a non-graduating year in university and they must be enrolled in music programs and planning to continue in their music studies.
